Time for Twos Staff

Lori Moore

Lori has been involved in the Richmond Preschool community for the past 19 years, since moving to BC.  She has worked in both unlicensed and licensed programs in various community centers.  She received her ECE License to Practice in June 2013 through Delta Continuing Education, continuing to work as she studied.

Lori's other passion is using her musical training to provide musical experiences for young children through songs and exposure to instruments.  She has instructed Music - Parent & Tot classes in the City of Richmond for the past 15 years and continues to do so all year round.

Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and their spouses. Her favourite hobbies are learning new instruments, running and working out, and thrift store shopping for emergent resources to encourage children's imagination through play. She believes children learn best through exploration and play as they are encouraged to investigate the world around them.

Michelle Gutbir

Nine years ago Michelle started working as a Preschool Teacher/Assistant at her son's preschool.  This is when Michelle realized her love of working with children, and brought Michelle to her second career. Previously Michelle worked as a Social Worker in a hospital in Israel. Michelle believes that children learn through play, gaining both social and educational skills. Michelle also believes that children thrive when they are given structure and routine.

When not teaching, Michelle is busy with her two boys and keeps active working out regularly, hiking, dancing and reading.

Deanna chose the Early Childhood Education field because she believes that every child has the right to learn, explore, play and express themselves. She finds nothing more gratifying than seeing a child’s face light up when they have experienced a learning moment. She believes that children are our future and feels so honoured to be part of helping build a positive foundation in their lives, and providing a positive impact so they can move forward with skills that will support them developmentally, emotionally and physically.

She is a mother to three children and enjoys hiking, reading and doing yoga.

Brianne Payne

Brianne is very excited to get the opportunity to join Time For Two's. She is looking forward to watching the children learn and grow. Four years ago, Brianne went on a missions trip to Mexico and that is where she learned her passion for children and knew that was the path she wanted to take for her career.

Brianne loves to sing, enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her new niece and loves animals. Brianne is a very creative, positive, bubbly person, who will always make you feel welcome.
