        West Richmond Preschool programs operate September 2024 to June 2025

        West Richmond Preschool has been approved for the provincial Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI). This may reduce monthly preschool fees depending on the days of service that are offered each month. A monthly fee schedule with CCFRI rates applied can be provided.  Please inquire with the Preschool Coordinator at 604-238-8404 or [email protected]

        Registration Lottery for 2024-2025

        Lottery Ballot Submissions March 25 - April 7, 2024

        Lottery Draw April 9, 2024


        • Digital ballot forms will be available starting March 25 and will be accepted via email
        • Child must attend Gilmore, Dixon or Quilchena Elementary
        • Families of children who attain a space will be notified and given 24 hours to respond
        • Any remaining ballots will be used to create a waitlist for the 2024-2025 school year

        Programs Offered 2024-2025
        Kindergarten, Grade 1 and 2 students from Gilmore, Dixon and Quilchena Elementary


        AM & PM: $508.65 per month
        AM only*:  $225.15 per month
        PM only:  $465.20 per month

        Fees include coverage for Early Dismissal Days, Professional Days, Winter Break, Spring Break, transportation, and admission costs.
        *AM only participants do not receive coverage for Early Dismissal Days, Professional Days, Winter Break or Spring Break.

        AM Care is located at Gilmore Elementary School

        We OPEN at 7:00am, CLOSE at 6:00pm, and INCLUDE drop-off and pick-up from school.

        Prices subject to change without notice.


        West Richmond OSC has applied for the provincial Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative. Should our programs be approved to opt in, monthly child care fees may be reduced. Any change to our programs' application status will be communicated via email by the Program Coordinator. 





        PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COME AND SPEAK TO OUR CHILD DEVELOPMENT STAFF OR OBSERVE AT THE CENTRE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. FOR MORE INFORMATION CALL 604-238-8415

        Our staff hold valid First Aid Certificates and have all gone through a criminal record check. Staff in the program are all over 19 years of age, have a minimum of 20 hours in child related courses and follow government regulations and guidelines.
