Junior Out-of-School Care
Thank you for your interest in our Junior Out-of-School Care program. All our programs are fully licensed and are part of the West Richmond Community Association. We are dedicated to providing quality programs to the residents of Richmond.
Our West Richmond Licensed Programs are based on the following principles:
Our Three Cooperative Goals:
- To encourage mutual respect, cooperation and communication among children, parents, and staff members.
- To promote positive social interactions and to set a good example for each other.
- To provide a safe environment that encourages children to be responsible and concerned for each other. “Remember to treat others as you would wish to be treated.”
Currently, we only service the following three schools:

- Quilchena Elementary
Junior OSC is based out of West Richmond Community Centre.
